- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had an appointment...they called and left a message reminding me of an appointment two days before, I called them the next day after I worked 6am-midnight and then turned around and was back at work at 6am, to tell them I would not be able to make it. The receptionist called me a liar stating she had called me 2 days prior to this...which was untrue and had the voicemail to prove it and then charged me $25 for not being able to make the appointment. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to ask to be a new client. I'm in the Army and get regular dental x-rays but I just moved to town and needed a new dentist and a cleaning. I was treated rudely and belittled by the receptionist and told I wouldn't be welcomed without x-rays newer than 1 year, regardless of how hard they'd be to get from the Army dentist.
